Having recently taken to cycling I have tried a couple of apps, finally settling on Strava, MapMyRide being a close second.

The one issue I had was moving all my MapMyRide bike rides and runs, which after a while I found out how to do which then formed to basis for this gig. 

With this gig I shall convert 10 of your MapMyRide workouts into a file which you can easily be upload into Strava.
