What is ASIO Link Pro?

ASIO Link Pro is a powerful audio routing tool for Windows. While the original software is considered abandonware, a stable patchable version is available for free.

What does it do?

What I use it for is to capture my DAW, mic, and desktop audio into one input into OBS STUDIO. It allows for:

• a <10 millisecond latency for near-real time microphone monitoring with basic VST effects like reverb or a noise gate, that you can hear in real time as you sing or rap.
• Send specific audio sources to Discord, Zoom, or your stream.
• Play high-quality desktop sounds or DAW audio directly through your mic in Discord voice chats.

What are the requirements?

• A Windows PC (not compatible with Mac)
• A microphone and an audio interface
• a desire to create professional music content
