FAQ
Do you use templates or create everything from scratch?
Everything is 100% custom. I build each animation from scratch in After Effects based on your brand, colors, and style references. You won't get a recycled template.
What files do I need to send you?
Your logo in PNG or SVG format (transparent background preferred), your brand colors (hex codes if possible), and any style references or inspiration you have. The more context, the better the result.
What format will I receive the final file in?
Standard delivery is MP4 (1080p). On Standard and Premium packages you also receive a WebM file with transparent background — perfect for OBS overlays and streaming.
Can I use the intro commercially on my YouTube or Twitch channel?
Yes. Once delivered and paid, you have full commercial rights to use the animation on your channels. The royalty-free music included is also cleared for YouTube monetization.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a change to the existing animation based on the original brief — color adjustments, timing changes, text edits. A revision does NOT include changing the concept, animation style, or adding entirely new elements. Those would be a new order or a custom extra.
Can you make it in both English and Spanish?
Yes! Bilingual versions are available. A second language version is a paid add-on — ask me before ordering and I'll add it as a custom extra.
