If you have a Hand drawn sketch plan / PDF / Image version of your floor plan and want to get Blueprints for authorization then I can help you with that. I will draw Blueprints / drawing sets for Permit ready for stamping to submit to the city.
Requirements from a client -
- Hand drawn sketch
- Image of your Floor Plan
- PDF of your floor plan
- Clear dimensions of your Apartment / Space
- Existing blueprints for any change in the plan
- Any other communicable material
You can get the Blueprint set for permit (optional as per cost) -
