If you would like to receive a layout file, you need to provide a floor plan/ hand sketch drawn plan with dimensions of the room, also the photos of the room & the inspirational images of your desired look. You will also be asked to provide with your requirements like your budget, color palette etc.

Our client will receive a digital Floor Plan with a detailed design PPT that will allow you to quickly and easily make all the purchases and set everything up in your home once it is all delivered. This includes a shopping list with clickable links directly to each item and also the Mood board look.

Of course! If you already have the furniture pieces you want to use or retain then we can definitely include them in the design PPT. We just ask you send us a picture of the furniture / decor pieces or a an online link of it if you would like it to be added to the visual files.

Yes, We do provide 3D renderings with a design PPT which shows images of the actual items so you can see how everything coordinates together and a digital Furniture layout plan which shows our suggested placement of each item in your space. But 3D designs will be calculated as per the requirements.
