As a Real Estate Director of Operations and Executive Assistant, I manage the CEOs schedule, handle client communications, and coordinate transactions.
My other tasks include:
- Weekly and Monthly tracking of our website analytics
- Creating and Monitoring FUB Automations
- Creating and managing email campaigns in Mailchimp
- Checking the created ads and the events for sale, making sure everything is working
- Creating SOPs, training, and onboarding new employees
- Data entry, making sure all information are correct and updated in all systems
- Project and event planning for the next month or quarter
- Monitoring the productivity of the real estate agents
- Generating and sending the weekly scorecard report or sales of the real estate agents
- Creating, editing and posting social media contents
- Creating the checking the invoices of all VAs weekly
- Checking the sold report, Gross Commission Income and net profit of all real estate agents
- Creating any designs needed in Canva
- Creating and sending feedback or review requests to all clients
- Sending birthday greetings through postcards or gifts for the anniversary of the clients
