I help overseas design studios clarify briefs and turn client feedback into practical actions. I bring over 20 years of commercial design and project experience and 40+ local projects in China. My role at Li-Ning Kuanzhai Alley in Chengdu also included fit-out project management.
- Basic: turn 1 feedback note into an English action table with up to 5 actions and clarification questions.
- Standard: review 1 retail brief up to 10 pages and deliver an English questions list.
- Premium: review up to 25 pages and deliver a bilingual brief summary and action tracker. The English summary is up to 800 words with its Chinese counterpart.
These are defined coordination documents, not ongoing management or full translation. Meetings, site work and drawing production are separate. I can coordinate local partners for China-adapted construction and detail drawings. Engineering sign-off and statutory approvals are excluded.

What feedback fits the $25 starter?
One written retail-project feedback note, up to 300 English words or 450 Chinese characters and no more than three pages, whichever limit is reached first. You receive up to five actions and clarification questions in English.
Is this the same as document translation?
No. This service organizes project requirements into actions and open questions. It does not translate every sentence. Use my design translation service when you need a full translated document.
Will you contact my client or attend meetings?
Not in these fixed packages. Scheduled online meetings, client liaison and ongoing coordination can be agreed in a custom offer with clear preparation time, duration, notes and response windows.
Can you coordinate local construction and detail drawings?
Yes, through local detailing partners under a separate scope. We agree disciplines, formats, source information, revisions, dates and responsibilities before work starts. Engineering and statutory sign-off are not included.
What was your role in the featured stores?
China-side client liaison and project coordination; Kuanzhai Alley also included fit-out project management. Original design remains credited to the design team. Over 20 years and 40+ projects refer to commercial design and project experience.
What does one revision cover?
One consolidated correction round based on the original documents. New client feedback, changed design directions, extra source pages or additional meetings are new scope.
