Will it meet Amazon's video requirements?
I deliver Full HD H.264 MP4: 1920x1080 for the listing, plus 1080x1080 and 1080x1920 where your package includes them, mastered for loudness, with no prices, reviews or contact details on screen. Amazon listing videos usually need Brand Registry, so check you can add videos first.
Why 3D instead of filming?
No shipping, no studio, no reshoots. Colourways and new versions are a material change, not a new shoot, and every frame is perfectly lit.
Can you show how it works inside?
Yes, with an X-ray or cutaway in Premium. For real internals I need CAD or clear photos of the parts. Otherwise I'll show a simplified, labelled illustration.
Do I need to ship you the product?
No. I build it from your photos, dimensions and artwork. If a detail can't be read from the photos, I'll ask before guessing.
Who owns the final files?
Once paid, the files are yours for commercial use. Stock, sound effects and fonts stay under their own licences. Music is AI-generated with MiniMax-Music3: free for commercial use, label it AI-generated when published, not exclusive. Prefer library music? Free, just ask. No 3D source files.
What can't you make?
Only products and brands you own or are authorized to promote. No copies or "dupes" of other brands, no celebrities or real people without their consent, no copyrighted characters, and no medical or misleading claims.
What counts as a revision?
Changes within your brief: colours, wording, timing, framing. Shape, label and look are easiest to change at the approval preview; if I don't hear back in 24 h, I continue as shown to keep your date, and your revisions still apply. New ideas, products or shots are a custom offer.
Will you keep my product confidential?
Yes. Your photos, artwork and 3D model are used only to make your order and are never published or shown to other clients. I keep the model on file so repeat orders are fast (ask and I'll delete it), and I show your work in my portfolio only with your permission.
