What ongoing costs will I have associated with running my business with Odoo?
Besides the cost of my service (which is one-time payment), you may have other costs, such as hosting: the cloud server where Odoo will be deployed, unless you provide your own on-premise server. This cost from 5 EUR / month. Also, the domain name (yourcompany.com), which is around 15 EUR / year.
Which Odoo version do you support
I work with Odoo Community v17 to v19, but if you are willing to install an older version (not recommended in most cases), we can talk about it.
Do I need to provide a server?
Yes. You must provide a VPS, dedicated server, or cloud instance with SSH access. If you do not have one, I can recommend suitable hosting providers. And if you don't know how to do it, I will help you during the process.
Do you provide custom development?
Yes. I can develop custom modules, modify existing functionality, and create automations based on your business requirements. Just let me know what you need, and I will create a custom offer for you.
Can you migrate data from my current system to my new Odoo installation?
Yes. I can assist with importing customers, products, suppliers, inventory, and other business data into Odoo.
Do you offer training?
Yes. Training sessions are included depending on the selected package (check the hours included). If you need more hours of training, let me know.
What information do you need before starting?
Typically I need server access details, your business requirements, and information about the modules and workflows you want to use. But don't worry, we'll be in touch during the process and I'll let you know if I need anything else.
Do you offer support after the installation?
Technical support is not included, but can be hired if needed at a very good price. Let me know if you need long-term monthly or per-hour IT support.
