What file formats do you accept and deliver?
I accept all standard audio and video formats (WAV, MP3, MP4, MOV, etc.). I usually deliver high-quality MP3 (320kbps) or WAV files, depending on what you need for your platform.
Can you fix heavily distorted or extremely noisy audio?
While I use professional tools to significantly reduce background noise, hums, and echoes, some severe audio damage cannot be 100% fixed without affecting the voice quality. Please send me a sample before ordering so I can check it for free!
What does "Video Sync" mean?
If you send me a video file with bad audio, I will extract the audio, edit and clean it professionally, and then place it back into your original video perfectly synchronized, so it's ready for you to publish.
Can you add background music or an intro/outro?
Yes! If you provide the music track, intro, or outro, I can mix it with your dialogue perfectly in the Standard and Premium packages. Please make sure you have the rights or license to use the music.
