FAQ
Requirements Before Ordering
To start maintaining your website, it must be fully functional and up to date. If your website has outdated versions or errors, these need to be fixed first. Contact me to discuss fixing these issues before placing an order.
Do You Offer Emergency Support?
Yes! If your website is offline or displaying critical errors, I’m here to help. Fixing issues caused by failed updates is included in all packages. I’m available 12 hours a day, 7 days a week (Pakistan Standard Time).
What is Included in Content Editing?
A content edit is any task that takes approximately 15 minutes, such as fixing broken links, troubleshooting, installing plugins, or small CSS changes. It does not include custom coding, graphic work, or content creation.
How Long Are Backups Stored?
Backups are stored securely off-site for 30 days while your order is active. After order completion, backups are retained for an additional 7 days. Renew your package or subscribe to retain backups longer.
Is malware cleanup included?
In the unlikely event that your site gets hacked WHILE I am maintaining it, I will clean up any malware for you free of charge! If your site is currently infected with malware (BEFORE I started maintaining it) then I will make you an offer to clean it up, remove all hacks, malware and backdoors.
