Do I need a paid Google Workspace account?
No. This runs on a free Gmail account too. Free accounts have a lower daily email quota, which I'll explain if it affects you.
Will this cost me anything every month?
No. Everything runs inside your own Google account. There's no Zapier, Make or n8n subscription involved.
Can you match my existing letterhead and formatting?
Yes. Send me the Word or PDF version and I'll rebuild it as a Google Docs template that keeps your layout, logo and fonts.
Is my data safe?
Everything stays in your own Google Drive. I work in a copy or with temporary access, and you remove my access when the project is done.
Can you add an approval step before the document is sent?
Yes, that's the Standard package. The request goes to an approver first, and only generates the final PDF once approved.
What if I need changes months later?
The code sits in your account and is commented so any developer can maintain it. I also offer 14 days of support as an extra.
