You need the Wallpaper Engine app to use these wallpapers, it's available for PC and Android.

Once finished, the work will be uploaded to the Steam Workshop. If you want a private-only wallpaper you'll need to download and install the files locally on your machine which can be a little tricky if you don't have much experience in exploring your local files, but *without any extras cost*
