All my packages (basic, standard or premium) are customized based on the detailed questionnaire that you fill up upon placing an order. This includes Body Stats, Health & Medical Conditions, Level of Commitment, Facilities Available, Fitness Level, Training and more…
Do you provide training plans for individuals with no equipment at all?
Of course! Having access to gym equipment is definitely a bonus, but not a necessity to get in a good workout. As someone who started with bodyweight workouts, I am confident in the effectiveness of bodyweight training when planned correctly. Gotta be creative for sure!
I am new to the gym, how do I know if i'm doing the exercises right?
With full access to my personal training app, there are video demonstrations with technique breakdowns teaching you how to execute the movements safely and effectively.
How can I track my progress?
With full access to my personal training app platform, you can log your training progress and even monitor stats like your body weight. It's a really user-friendly and interactive interface that allows me to have visibility over your progress too.
Is your App available to everyone?
Our App is an exclusive platform only for our clients (or coaches who have registered with us). Think of it like a boutique gym! It is just for you and me. No clutter, no nonsense.
How do I get started?
