Choose Basic for a manuscript that mainly needs surface corrections. Standard includes sentence-level clarity and consistency work. Premium adds more detailed attention to wording, paragraph flow, and transitions.
Will you change my message or writing voice?
I’ll aim to preserve both. Where a passage could be interpreted differently from what you appear to intend, I’ll leave a comment rather than make an unsupported change.
Do you check Scripture quotations?
I can check reference formatting and flag apparent inconsistencies. Comparing every quotation against a specific Bible translation requires an agreed additional scope. Please identify your translation before ordering.
Do you provide theological review?
No. This service focuses on language and readability. It doesn’t certify doctrinal accuracy or replace a review by a qualified theological adviser.
What file format should I send?
Please send an editable Microsoft Word document. You’ll receive a tracked version and a clean Word copy.
Is book formatting included?
No. Editing doesn’t include a cover, ebook conversion, or print-ready interior layout.
What does a revision cover?
Revisions cover questions or adjustments to edits within the agreed manuscript and service. New chapters, rewritten sections, or a different editing scope require a separate agreement.
Can you edit a full-length book?
Yes, subject to reviewing the sample and agreeing on a suitable timeline. If your manuscript exceeds 10,000 words, send the total word count before ordering for a custom quote.
Will my manuscript remain private?
I won’t publish, distribute, or use your manuscript as a portfolio sample without your written permission.
