Do I need an n8n subscription?
Not necessarily. The correct deployment depends on your requirements. Hosting and any applicable subscription costs are separate unless expressly included in the agreed scope.
Are AI API costs included?
No. The initial packages do not require AI. If a custom workflow needs an AI API, its usage costs and requirements will be discussed separately.
How do you handle credentials?
Do not send passwords or secret API keys in ordinary messages. We will agree on an appropriate authorization method and use the minimum necessary access.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a change within the original agreed scope. New integrations, new destinations or major changes to the workflow may require a separate order.
How long does delivery take?
Basic takes three days, Standard four days and Premium five days, assuming compatible integrations and timely access to the required information.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance?
The included support period covers defects in the delivered workflow. Continuous monitoring, hosting management and new feature development are separate services.
Can you build a custom CRM integration?
Potentially, depending on the CRM's available integration methods and the complexity involved. Please describe the exact workflow before ordering. I will confirm feasibility rather than promise an integration I have not verified.
