What are your working hours?
I mostly work flexible hours throughout the week, relative to U.S. time zones, which allows me to support clients both during and outside standard business hours.
How do you handle confidential information?
Confidentiality is a top priority. I treat all client data with care and professionalism and am happy to sign an NDA if needed.
What do you mean by ‘light bookkeeping’?
Light bookkeeping includes tasks like entering expenses, preparing invoices, or basic spreadsheet tracking. I don’t offer full accounting services.
Can you reply to emails on my behalf?
Yes! I can help draft or send simple, template-based replies. For sensitive or custom responses, I’ll need your guidance or approval.
