FAQ
Do I purchase this gig if I'm an existing IVR Client?
For scripts less than 200w, message me and I'll send you an offer. This gig has the license cost built in, you do not need to purchase it more than once. You could also use one of my other gigs to order yourself, that pricing will be correct for you.
Why do I need to purchase music externally?
Because the writer/producer owns the rights to their music. You license the music for use by purchasing a license from a provider. There are some "free tracks" that you can also find, quality can vary here. Once purchased, send the file to me to mix.
Do I find music for clients?
Clients usually find/select their own tracks, but if needed I can do that for you as a service. Please let me know if you'd like me to do that. I will send you 3 options to choose from, license purchase is always clients responsibility legally as it's your business.
How do I know what format to get my IVR in?
Your phone provider, or message servicing company will have the specifics of the format you need, if you do not have the information. Some systems are quite compressed, where others allow for better, HQ file quality.
