Hi! I'm Jen Yen - I bring over 10 years of experience in the tech world, most of it spent in the fast-paced startup scene where I’ve worked closely with cross-functional teams to build SaaS web applications from the ground up.

FAQ
What do I need to provide before we start?
To get started, it helps to have: a brief description of your product and target users, any reference designs or brand guidelines (logo, colors, fonts), a list of key features or pages you need, and any existing wireframes or sketches (if any). The more context you provide, the better.
What if I'm not sure how many pages I need yet?
No problem—that’s actually very common. You don’t need everything figured out before we start. I’ll help you define the scope by understanding your idea, goals, and key features. From there, we’ll map out the user flow and identify only the necessary screens to support your product.
I have an existing app/website — can you redesign it?
Absolutely. Redesigns are welcome! Please share screenshots or access to your current product when we start. A redesign typically falls under the Standard or Premium package depending on scope.
Do you do user research or UX audits?
My packages focus on UI/UX design and wireframing. If you need user research, competitor analysis, or a UX audit of an existing product, feel free to message me and we can discuss a custom quote.
What's the difference between a wireframe and a prototype?
A wireframe is a low-fidelity blueprint showing layout and structure without colors or visuals — it focuses on flow and functionality. A prototype is an interactive, clickable version of the design where users can simulate navigation between screens. The Standard and Premium packages include both.
What tools do you use for design?
I use Figma as my primary tool for all wireframes, UI design, and interactive prototypes. You'll receive the Figma source file upon delivery, so your developer can start working on the project directly.
What counts as one "revision"?
A revision round covers reasonable adjustments to the existing design — such as changes to layout, color, spacing, or copy. It does not include adding new pages or significantly changing the scope or direction of the project. Major scope changes may require a separate order.
Can you design more screens than what's included in the package?
Yes! Additional screens can be purchased via the "Additional pages" extra service. If you're unsure how many screens your project needs, message me first and I'll help estimate.
Do you offer any support after delivery?
Once the order is complete, small clarifications are handled for free. Any new design work, additional screens, or significant changes after delivery would be treated as a new order.
