This is a great way of showing contents and even basic features of your product, that will allow your customers to know what to expect, and more importantly, appreciate the product you are offering.
You may choose from the 3 packages I offer. These packages are based on the clip running time, which you'll find just right for your needs. However, if you have an ideal clip runtime in mind, in this gig you have the option to add extra 5 seconds (or more) to match that clip duration you require.
Before you purchase this gig, I'd like to ask if you can please get in touch with me so we can talk more about your product and unboxing requirements, as well as the shipping process. FAQ
How will I send my product?
I am in Australia and the shipping time may vary from your location and the postal service provider you will use. Please message me and let's talk about this important step further. If you live locally within my area, then I may be able to receive your product sooner and prepare for the video shoot.
When should I place my order?
As soon as your product arrives, I will notify you, send you images of items received, then advise you to proceed with your order based on our initial chats. We need to ensure I've covered all your questions and requirements in detail. Once order is placed, then I can start the shooting process.
Will a single set of product for the shoot be enough?
Pls. consider retakes as I unbox/unwrap your product during the shoot. So it'll be best if you can please send more than one set of your products. Perishable goods will be disposed off & non-perishable goods will be returned if you prefer to have them back. Pls see next FAQ item for product returns.
Do I get my product(s) returned?
So I can return your product(s), pls. send me a "prepaid shipping label," as I don't cover any shipping cost in this gig. I will do my best to ship your goods back (non-perishable goods only) at optimal condition after the product shoot and once our project has been completed. Pls. advise otherwise.
I'm unable to ship my product, can you still make stop motion out of the photos or rendered image?
Unfortunately, since this gig will deliver unboxing of your product, a physical product is needed for me to deliver that engaging product stop motion animation video.
Will you be using props in the clip?
As the focus is to promote your product, I will not be using any props in the clip. However, if you prefer some props that you believe will add value to your product, please feel free to include them when you ship your product for the video shoot. PM me so we can chat further about it.
Will you be using models in the clip?
I don't use models in this gig. But if the product requires a model to demo the features, I can only arrange models showing their hands or portion of a face, and this will come in as extras. I can tailor add-in extras in your order to send you for this requirement, just PM me to discuss it further.
After the unboxing, can you demonstrate how to operate and/or use the product?
If you prefer to include a demonstration after unboxing your product, e.g. a tutorial to assemble/operate the product and/or to demo usage, those will come in as extras in this gig. PM me and we can discuss this further. I can tailor add-in extras in your order to send you for this requirement.
Do any of the packages come with background music or sound effects?
You may order this as an extra to any package you choose. This is an extra as I would need to look for the right music that matches the clip, and make a recording of the sound effects. You may opt for just BG music or just Sound-effects, or both. They are priced as one extra add-on.
What if I want longer unboxing stop-motion animation?
Yes that can be accommodated. You can add increments of 5secs to whichever package you choose with an extra flat rate of $90 per 5seconds comes with extra 2 days on the delivery time. PM me and let's discuss this further. I can tailor add-in extras in your order to send you for this requirement.
