About this Gig
This service is to migrate your existing email from any provider (i.e., G Suite, Zoho, your web host, on-premise Exchange, etc.) to Microsoft Office 365. Migration is $90/user and includes the initial Office 365 account setup. Bulk discounts are available when migrating 10+ users. Please reach out before booking this gig to confirm the # of accounts.
The migration includes migrating files from another service such as Google Drive or Dropbox to OneDrive.
Contacts and and calendars are also migrated (in addition to emails and files). I will work with you to create a migration plan and schedule so there is no downtime to your business.
I am based in Washington DC and can provide support before, during, and after the migration. I have experience migrating companies of up to 150 users to Office 365 and am a Silver Microsoft Partner in Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions.
In order to walk through the migration process, I may request we have a Zoom, Skype, or phone call. This is optional but can be a good way to ensure we understand the process and associated timeline.
Please note this is for the migration only. End user support is available for an extra cost.
FAQ
Will email folders also be migrated?
Yes. All emails (drafts, sent, inbox, trash, other folders) will be migrated.
How many emails can you migrate?
There is no limit. I've migrated ~100,000 emails for individual users in the past. Microsoft does limit you to 50 GB of email with their standard licenses. If you have more than 50 GB, I can still do the migration but we'll need to ensure you have the appropriate license (E3 or E5).
Will you sign a nondisclosure agreement?
I am happy to sign a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) on request. Please send me the agreement prior to placing the order so I can review it.
Do you need my email username and password?
This depends on your source. If you are using G Suite, I will need an administrator account and not your email/password. If migrating from your web host's email, I will likely need the password for each account.
How many email addresses can you migrate at once?
I have successfully done migrations with up to 150 email addresses/accounts. If you have more than this, I'm happy to migrate, we'll just need to look at a staggered migration scenario.
Can we chat before I place an order?
I am not able to communicate outside of Fiverr until we have an order in place. I am happy to send an offer your way for a 30-minute consultation ($100).
Will emails be lost during the migration? Is there downtime?
No emails will be lost and there is no downtime. I have experience migrating organizations of all sizes. Proper planning ensures a smooth migration, including no outages or lost emails.
