About this Gig
This service is to migrate your existing email from any provider (i.e., Office 365, Zoho, on-premise Exchange, etc.) to Google Workspace. Migration is $60/user and includes the initial Google Workspace account setup. Bulk discounts available when migrating 5+ users.
The migration includes migrating files from another services such as OneDrive or Dropbox to Google Drive. This is at no additional cost.
Contacts and and calendars are also migrated (in addition to emails and files) when using a supported email provider. I will work with you to create a migration plan and schedule so there is no downtime to your business.
I am based in Washington DC and can provide support before, during, and after the migration. I have experience migrating companies of up to 100 users to Google Workspace and am a Google partner.
In order to walk through the migration process, I may request we have a Zoom, Skype, or phone call. This is optional but can be a good way to ensure we understand the process and associated timeline.
Please note this is for migration only. End user support is available at an extra cost.
FAQ
Will you sign a nondisclosure agreement?
I am happy to sign a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) on request. Please send me the agreement prior to placing the order so I can review it.
Will email folders also be migrated?
Yes. All emails (drafts, sent, inbox, trash, other folders) will be migrated.
How many emails can you migrate?
There is no limit. I've migrated ~100,000 emails for individual users in the past.
Do you offer a bulk discount?
Yes! If you are migrating more than 5 users, please get in touch and we can discuss a discount that scales with the number of users being migrated.
