Will my application be approved based upon your income analysis?
Not necessarily. There are many factors involved with making a credit decision besides sufficient income. Most lenders will require they complete their own internal analysis. Therefore, I cannot make guarantees your application will be approved simply off the income stated on my cash flow.
What financial documents do you need to complete your analysis?
I typically require the most recent two years of personal tax returns, as well as the most recent two years of business tax returns, K-1s, and W-2s, where applicable. Additional documentation may be necessary at times to complete my analysis and will be requested upon initial review.
Can you analyze files with multiple business entities?
Absolutely! If you have a scenario that does not quite align with the current offering, message me directly for a personalized quote.
What framework does your analysis follow?
The analysis will follow an approach to the secondary market guidelines for qualifying self-employed borrower income
Do you underwrite income for applicants outside the United States?
