Hey there! I work with video cameras for a living, making sure they are reliably streaming video 24/7/365 in the high pressure, no-room-for-errors healthcare space.
I will treat your camera with that same expectation of perfection and work with you to understand the issue-the symptoms, the timing, and the environment. I will then use tools such as Wireshark, PingPlotter, the camera's logs, the end device's logs, and good old fashioned common sense to get to the bottom of the issue FAST!
