Services:
I will look through wireless controller (WLC) configurations, WLC debug logs, access point (AP) logs, and any client diagnostics you can provide. Just as important, I will analyze the situation, the timing of events, and anything else that may provide clues to what the issue is.
I will also do a general lookover of your WLC config and provide recommendations based on your use case.
Issue examples:
- Device disconnected randomly

The more detail you can give me about the devices, configuration, timing, and situation, the better. I may ask for the text config of the wireless network-run "show wlan summary" from the CLI, find the number associated with the related wireless network, and run "show wlan number-goes-here".
