Do I need to send the product?
Yes, for physical products. Please message me and ship it before placing your order so the delivery clock doesn’t run while it’s in the mail. You don’t need it back. For apps and games, a download link or test login is enough.
Can you write the script?
Yes. Every package includes scriptwriting. Send me your key selling points and any must-say or can’t-say lines, and I’ll share the script and hooks for approval before filming.
Can I run these videos as paid ads?
Yes. Every package includes 3 months of usage rights for paid and organic use. You can add more time with the Additional usage rights extra.
What are hooks and why do I need more than one?
A hook is the first 2 seconds of the video. Extra hooks are different openings on the same video, so you can test which one stops the most viewers and spend your ad budget on the winner.
Do you film on iPhone or Android?
iPhone 15 Pro Max. If you need your app recorded on the other platform, message me before ordering.
What if I don’t like the video?
Each package includes revisions. Tell me what to change, and I’ll re-edit or reshoot the part that was missed. You can also add extra revisions.
