I will automate your repetitive business tasks with a python bot

About this gig
If you're doing the same thing every week by hand, I'll write the Python that does it instead.
Typical jobs:
- Read a spreadsheet, fill and submit a web form for every row
- Pull data out of PDFs or emails and into Excel
- Download files on a schedule, rename them and file them
- Move data between two systems that don't talk to each other
- Generate and send the same report every week
- Any multi-step process you follow the same way each time
What you get:
- A working Python bot you run with one command
- Error handling and logging, so you know what happened and why
- Full source code, yours to keep and modify
- Plain-English documentation and setup steps
- A short walkthrough of how to run it
I hold all three Robocorp RPA Developer certifications (Levels I, II and III) and build with Python, Selenium, Playwright and the Robot Framework - the same tooling enterprise automation teams use.
US-based in Los Angeles. Everything runs locally on your machine, no subscriptions and nothing to keep paying for.
Message me with the task before ordering and I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth automating.

FAQ
Do I need to install anything special?
Just Python. Everything runs locally on your machine - no subscriptions, no cloud service, no vendor account to maintain.
Can it work with a site or system that needs a login?
Usually yes, for your own accounts and internal systems. I won't automate a site whose terms forbid it, and I'll tell you upfront if that's the situation.
How do I know it's working?
Every bot logs what it did and what failed, and I include a short walkthrough of how to run it and how to read the log.
Can you make it run on a schedule?
Yes, that's the Premium package - Windows Task Scheduler or cron, plus a run report so you can see it ran and what it did.
