What timezone are we in and how quickly can you get back to us?
We live in Ohio within the United States, which is an Eastern Standard Time. We typically respond in less than an hour between 8am and 10pm! We also record on weekends although response time may be slightly delayed. If you need immediate delivery, please contact us first for availability.
What equipment do you use?
We record, edit and mix your audio with the latest version of Protools Studio. Our pre-amp is the newest Focusrite and recorded with a Warm Audio WA-87 R2 Large-diaphragm Condenser Microphone. We have a custom sound booth and the proper software tools for creating professional results.
What is our revision policy?
Depending on the length, we will make revisions at no charge if there is anything you would like re-recorded. For longer scripts, we can send a few sample demos to make sure it's the tone you were looking for. Any script changes after our recording has been submitted will require an additional cost.
Will we proofread and edit your script?
Yes - if you are looking for a second opinion or if you had it translated to English, we can review the script for a small additional charge
Can you add background sounds or instrumentals to the voice over?
Yes - we can provide royalty free instrumentals for a small additional cost. If you'd like a full custom instrumental performed by us, please let us know the extent of what you are looking for and we can discuss what additional charge this may be.
Can you process & master the audio for youtube, audiobooks, etc?
Yes - we can bring your audio levels to the right LUFS /RMA requirement to meet the needs of where it is going to be used. We can also send it in MP3 or WAV format at no additional charge. Mastering the audio is included in our price!
Can we time sync the audio to video?
Yes - if you send us the video, we can record the audio over the video to match for an additional fee. We can even create the final video with our audio included using our video editing software. Please send us a note on the requirements and we are happy to work something out!
Can we do British or other accents?
Although American English is our native accent, we can still record with a British female accent and change our voice style to a different dialect when needed. Feel free to request a quick demo before making a commitment!
Can you do both male and female vocals?
Yes - Although Erin is the star of the show, Justin is also capable of an American male voice over as well!
