3. What do you need to start?
I usually need WordPress administrator access and hosting control panel, FTP or SSH access. If you don’t know how to provide these, I’ll guide you through the process.
4. Will my website go offline?
Not necessarily. Many websites can be cleaned while remaining online. However, if the infection is severe, I may recommend enabling maintenance mode during the cleanup to prevent further damage.
5. Can you guarantee that my website will never be hacked again?
