With over 10 years experience I've recorded hours of voice overs, commercials, video's, ebooks etc. The combination of many years experience and good equipment lets me do my work efficiently. FAQ
Do I need commercial rights?
Only for private use (e.g home video's, personal voicemails, charity, etc.) you don't need a commercial rights option. If you use this voiceover other then private order the $10 commercial rights option. If you however broadcast this voiceover on the radio or tv order the broadcast gig.
What are your rates?
For normal narration my rate is $20 per 100 words. If you have a list of words or short phrases, these are billed twice as much, as they take extra studio time to produce.
Do I need to message you before ordering?
No, you are welcome to order any time. No need to check with me first. My rates and delivery times are outlined on my gig page.
Tell me more about background music
To have music added, you need to purchase my background music extra. You need to purchase one extra for every file that you need, as I have to mix them individually. I am happy to provide royalty free music from my library, or you can select it yourself from artlist dot com and send me a link.
When do I send my script and other information?
After you have placed the order, you will be taken to a page where you can provide me with your script, your accent choice, format required, and any other information pertaining to any extras you might need.
When will my order be delivered?
I deliver all work on time or early. Standard delivery with no extras selected is within 72 hours. To get your order sooner, select 24hr delivery (+$15) which will shorten that to within 24 hours and move to the top of my queue.
What is your revision policy?
I correct any errors that I make at no charge, as well as pace and pitch changes. New studio sessions are required for script, direction or pronunciation changes (when pronunciation notes have been needed but not provided) and will incur a new fee, even if it is just one word.
Are you available?
If for some reason I am not available, i.e. if I'm taking a short break for a holiday or family engagement, it will be noted on my gig page. This is my full time job and I am in the studio every day.
My order completed and now I need a change...
I do require a new studio session for any changes to script, direction or pronunciation if a pronunciation guide was not provided. If your order has autocompleted, you will need to open a new order with a $10 minimum. This is regardless of size of change, from 1 word and up.
