Business Premium, E3, and E5 — the exact features available depend on your licensing, and I'll flag anything your current plan doesn't support before starting.
How does implementing this gig make my environment phish resistant?
Enforcing Intune compliance ensures that only secure, up-to-date devices can access company resources, making phishing attacks render less.
Do you need my Global Admin credentials?
I ask to be added as a temporary admin (or Global Admin with time-bound Privileged Identity Management access, if available) so there's a clear audit trail, and access can be revoked once the work is delivered.
Will this work alongside our existing IT team or MSP?
Yes. I regularly hand off to internal IT or an existing MSP with documentation so they can maintain the setup going forward — I'm not trying to replace your provider.
What do you need from me before starting?
A Microsoft 365 tenant with Global Admin access I can be added to, and a rough device/user count so I can scope the right package.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, happy to sign an NDA before getting any access to your environment.
What if my environment doesn't fit the packages?
Message me first — most enterprise environments have quirks the fixed packages don't cover, and I'd rather scope it properly than have you order the wrong tier.
