Simply send us the hijacker seller name you need to remove, your ASIN and marketplace. Thats all.

Note: Once you place an order to us, you are solely responsible to us to handle and remove the specified hijacker. You agree not to deal with the task yourself or assign the same task to any other service providers after placing the order to us. Otherwise cancellation of the order or any other request is not allowed.

Note: we identify by the hijacker name and its amazon seller ID. If there are others new hijackers which seller name and seller ID is different with the order described, then they are two different hijackers and doesn't cover by the order. 

For the premium package, you should provide all the ASINs you need to remove the hijacker, if the ASIN did not include in the order information you submitted, then it won't be processed. Thanks
