What do I need to provide to get started?
Three things — your raw footage, your preferred music or a mood reference, and a rough idea of the style and length you're going for. That's enough for me to get started. If you're unsure about any of it, just message me and we'll figure it out together before you order.
How do I send you my footage?
Just upload your files to Google Drive, WeTransfer, or Dropbox — whatever works best for you — and drop the link in the order chat. Simple as that.
Do you provide the music?
I can suggest tracks that fit the mood, or you can send me something specific. If the video is going on YouTube or social media, I'll use copyright-safe music so it doesn't get muted or taken down. Just tell me where it's going and I'll handle it right
Can I choose the editing style?
Absolutely. When you order, tell me the vibe — cinematic and slow, emotional and raw, modern and fast-cut, whatever fits the day. Send a reference video if you have one. The clearer you are upfront, the less back and forth we need later.
Can you handle urgent delivery?
Yes, I offer expedited delivery for an additional cost — just let me know your timeline and I'll prioritise your project.
What if I don't like the video?
I offer unlimited revisions until you're completely happy. If something doesn't feel right, just let me know what you'd like changed and I'll take care of it. I'm with you until it feels exactly right.
How many revisions do I get?
Revisions are included in all packages to ensure you're completely satisfied. The number of revisions depends on the package you choose, with unlimited revisions available in the Premium package.
I'm a photographer expanding into video — can you be my editing partner?
Yes, and this is one of my favourite working arrangements. You shoot, I edit, your clients get a complete photo and video package. Message me and let's talk about how we structure it.
Will my footage remain private and secure?
Absolutely. Your footage is yours and yours alone. I never share, publish, or use your videos anywhere without your explicit permission. Everything you send stays completely private.
