1. What information do I need to provide?
After ordering, Fiverr will guide you through my required questions. You can provide the loved one’s name and dates, obituary or life story, service details, pallbearers, flower bearers, interment, repast, acknowledgment, scripture or quotes, design preferences, and photo uploads.
2. How many photos and how much obituary text can I send?
Most trifold programs work best with 1 main portrait plus up to 4 memory photos. For the obituary or life story, about 250–350 words usually fits best. If your text is longer, I may lightly condense repetitive wording or adjust the layout while preserving important names, dates, and meaning.
3. Do I need to organize everything before ordering?
No. Submit your information and photos through Fiverr’s order requirements as you have them. I will organize the content into a polished 6-panel memorial program.
4. Can I choose the colors and overall style?
Yes. You can choose from my finished memorial styles. Depending on your package, your design may also include custom colors, florals, botanical elements, faith-inspired details, decorative accents, layout changes, and other meaningful touches.
5. What will I receive and how should I print it?
You will receive a double-sided, print-ready PDF sized for US Letter 11 x 8.5 inch trifold printing. Print double-sided at 100% / Actual Size. If prompted for duplex settings, use short-edge flip. Premium paper or lightweight cardstock works well, or you can take the PDF to a local print shop.
6. How long does the design take?
Typical turnaround is 24–48 hours after all required content and photos are received. Straightforward designs may be completed sooner. More customized or photo-heavy projects may require additional time.
7. Can you edit photos, include special wording, or help me choose wording?
Yes. Cropping, sizing, and placement are handled as part of the design. Additional photo cleanup depends on your package and image quality. I can also include scripture, poems, quotes, acknowledgments, memorial phrases, and help with short wording if you are unsure what to use.
8. Do you print or ship programs, and are editable files included?
No. This is a digital design service only. No physical programs are printed or mailed. The standard deliverable is the finished print-ready PDF. Editable Canva or source files are not included.
