What do I need to provide to get started?
I need your Shopify login access (or I can create a staff account), your logo, product details (images/descriptions), and any specific text or pages you want on the site. If you don't have a logo yet, message me, and we can discuss a design package.
Is the Shopify monthly subscription included in your price?
No. Shopify charges their own monthly fee (usually starting around $29/mo) to host your store. My fee is for the design and development work only. You will pay Shopify directly for the hosting
Since you are a developer, can you add custom features not in the theme?
Yes! Unlike most sellers who just use drag-and-drop, I can write custom HTML, CSS, and Liquid code. If you need a specific feature that the standard Dawn theme doesn't support, please message me first for a custom quote.
Will my store be mobile-friendly and SEO optimized?
Absolutely. I build with a "mobile-first" approach since most traffic comes from phones. I also implement standard on-page SEO (meta tags, alt text, optimized headings) to help Google understand your store.
Do you provide the products for dropshipping?
I can help you connect dropshipping apps (like DSers or CJ Dropshipping) and import products you choose, but you must decide on your niche and product list. I build the store; I don't supply the inventory.
Do you offer support after the order is finished?
Yes, I provide 1 week of free support after delivery to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you need help managing the store long-term, we can discuss a monthly maintenance retainer
