About this Gig
Did you just finish a draft of your work and need an extra pair of eyes on it?
As your beta reader I will provide a detailed readers report after each chapter and give feedback on character acts, plot arcs, emotional or spicy scenes, and give suggested improvements and opinions. I will also provide a 2-3 page reader report answering questions centered around these categories:
Was your first chapter gripping enough to hold a reader's?
How was the character development?
What were some of my favorite parts?
Was anything confusing or inconsistent?
How was the plot structure/ and overall readability?
Was the pacing of scenes and chapters right?
Was the dialogue natural?
Was the ending worth reading the whole book?
I have been an avid reader my whole life. So, I know what makes a reader immerse themselves in a text and can use that knowledge to help you develop your work, whether it's a fictional or a nonfiction narrative.
