How long does this take to build?
Most projects deliver in 3 to 7 days depending on complexity. A scoping conversation before we begin lets me give you an accurate timeline for your specific setup
What if the AI sends a wrong answer?
Every build includes an escalation path. If the AI is not confident in a response, it flags the email for a human rather than guessing. You stay in control of anything sensitive or complex.
Do I need a Make.com or AI account?
You will need your own accounts to run the finished automation. Make's free plan covers simpler builds. AI agent workflows connecting to Claude or GPT-5 require a Make Core paid plan. I'll advise you on exactly what you need before we start.
What happens after delivery?
You receive a full Loom walkthrough video and documentation so you can manage and update the system yourself. I also offer a Zoom call on all orders to walk through everything live.
What platforms do you work with?
Gmail, Outlook, Zendesk, HubSpot, Slack, Airtable, Google Sheets, and more. If your platform has an API or a Make.com native module, we can almost certainly connect it.
What AI models do you use?
I use enterprise-grade AI models like OpenAI ChatGPT 5, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini—whichever best fits your needs and budget.
How do you handle my data and API credentials?
Your credentials are used only to build and test your automation. I work within your own accounts wherever possible. Keys shared during the project are deleted upon delivery. Nothing is stored or shared.
