What booking systems does this work with?
Cal.com, Calendly, Acuity, Google Calendar, and most systems with an API or calendar feed. Message me with what you use and I'll confirm before you order.
Do I need my own Twilio account for SMS?
Yes, and I'll set it up with you during the build, it takes about 10 minutes. SMS costs run through your account directly, typically a penny or two per message, so there's no middleman markup.
Can I customize the reminder messages?
Completely. We write them together in your voice during the build, and you can change them yourself anytime afterward. I'll show you how in the handoff video.
What happens when a client clicks reschedule?
They land on your real-time booking calendar and pick a new slot. The system updates your calendar, logs the change, and cancels the remaining reminders for the old time.
Will this spam my clients?
No. Every sequence stops the moment someone confirms, and clients can opt out with one reply. Fewer, smarter messages beat more messages every time.
Is this HIPAA compliant for medical practices?
Standard reminder content (date, time, location) is fine under HIPAA's appointment reminder provisions. If you need BAA-covered infrastructure or want treatment details in messages, message me first and we'll scope that separately.
What does this cost to run monthly?
Runs on your own accounts, no fee to me. You'll need a Make.com Core account (entry paid plan), Twilio for SMS, plus the email and calendar you already have. I set it all up with you. One prevented no-show typically covers months of running costs.
