About this gig

Every empty chair is money you already spent. Staff scheduled, room ready, and the client just didn't show. At $100 to $200 per appointment, a business with 10 no-shows a week is losing thousands every month. Not to competitors. To silence.

I build the system that fills those chairs back up:

  1. Automatic reminders by SMS and email at the intervals that work: booking confirmation, 48 hours out, 24 hours out, morning of
  2. One-tap confirm and reschedule links so a client who can't make it rebooks instead of vanishing
  3. Escalation logic: no response to the first reminder triggers the next one, so nobody falls through
  4. Calendar sync with your existing booking system, and a log of every reminder sent and every response

It runs on your accounts, so you own it completely. No monthly fee to me.

Why me: 25 years in enterprise infrastructure, currently supporting systems for 120,000+ users at a global financial firm. Anthropic Claude Certified Architect (Foundations). I design systems, not hacks.
