FAQ
1. How many testers do I need for Google Play closed testing?
Google generally asks for at least 12 testers opted in to your closed test before you can apply for production access. I offer 12 testers, or 20 testers for extra security in case anyone drops out.
2. How long do the testers stay active?
Testers stay opted in and keep your app installed for the full closed testing period, which is typically 14 days. I monitor the testing and keep you updated.
3. Are your Google Play testers real people?
Yes. Every tester is a real person using a real Android device. There are no bots and no fake accounts, which protects your Google Play Console account.
4. Do you offer QA testing or website testing too?
Yes. Along with closed testing, I offer QA testing, user testing, mobile app testing and website testing. You receive honest feedback and a clear report of any bugs or issues.
5. How fast can you start?
I can begin as soon as I receive your closed testing link and app details. Message me before ordering if you have a deadline, and I'll confirm my availability.
