Hi, my name is Jose "Gigio" Esteras and l design printer ready gaming tiles, a.k.a. Flat Terrain. ALWAYS contact me first before creating an order! To have an idea of a ball-park figure for your fees, just breakup your final design dimensions into 10" x 10" units and multiply that by the tier fee, (20$, 40$ or $80). Now remember: ALL commissions are unique, so prices will be adjusted to reflect all the complexities of EACH specific commission.
All tilemaps are designed in Full Color, Hi-Res (300dpi's) as well as Screen-Res (72dpi's) for your favorite Virtual Table Top. GRIDS can be included!!
SIMPLE tile: Structure only, no furnishings, props or other details.
ADVANCED tile: Structure including furnishings, props and other details that populate the terrain.
COMPLEX tile: Structure including furnishings, props and other details. This design is of a complex nature, with a much bigger amount of features and details.

I constantly look for creative outlets. Self expression is incredible, but being able to formulate an artistic expression that communicates an idea, and to have that idea "touch" someone else, well, that's the main goal of any artist, and that is something I strive to achieve with every piece of art I create. Sometimes it's dificult and sometimes the process just "flows", but every obstacle, be that self impossed or one that comes as a dificulty of the current project, they all serve to make me evolve into a better communicator of all those ideas floating inside me!

Do you also design Cartography Maps?
Yes I do, but in a separate Fiverr Gig...just do a search for "game map" and you will find my Map-designing Gig!!! :)
Do the tile designs include grid lines, creatures and/or characters?
Yes, I can include grid lines if your project requires it, at no extra cost and no, the tile designs DO NOT include creatures and or characters, they will ONLY feature architectural/structural elements, with furnishings, props and other details that populate the terrain depending on the tier level.
Are the tile designs provided in full color? What about resolution and effects?
Yes, every tile design is created in full color, high resolution, with realistic texturing and lighting effects, including shadow occlusion, ambient obscurance, antialiasing, color bloom, depth of field and fog effect where needed.
Can I get my tile elements in different layers, so I can manipulate them?
Yes, the add-on called "Layered File", for an extra $20, gives you a Photoshop file with all your walls and flooring "flat" in one layer, all the walls together on a second layer and the props, all together in a third layer. This "Layered File" WILL NOT include a floor layer without walls.
Can I re-sell and/or distribute copies of the tile designs with a Commercial Use License (CU)?
The CU License grants re-sell & distribution rights for a fee of $20/tile. I keep the rights to the art and all elements used in the design of the tiles as well as the rights to show images in portfolios and any type of work samples. The COMMERCIAL PRO tile level includes the CU License fee.
Can I get a print-out of my tiles?
At the moment I'm only offering tile designs in digital format, which you can print using a home printer or take to be printed by a printing service provider.
What do you mean by "Dual-State" Design? (DSD)
DSD entails 2 complimentary designs of the same tile, each responds to a different "state" of the scenario. For example, commission a "Night/Day" DSD and you'll get both daytime and night time states. You could commission a "Pristine/Ruined" DSD, or a "Clean/Grimy" DSD, explore the possibilities!!!
What is the difference between "Source File" & "Layered File"?
The Source File is a Photoshop file with your whole tile "flat" in one layer, any text you may need in a second layer and any crop marks/scoring marks on a third layer. The "Layered File" slices your tile elements into additional layers. These are sometimes required when used for game development.
