I usually need the CT or MRI imaging data, preferably in DICOM format. Please also provide the specific anatomical structures you want segmented and any requirements for the final model.
What file formats do you provide?

Can you clean or refine the 3D model?
Yes. Depending on the selected package, I can perform basic mesh cleanup and additional refinement using Blender.
