What if my order is late?
If your order is late, you will receive a 15% - 20% discount on your next order. The most common reason for delays is increase in demand, or order complexity.
How long will I have to wait to get my livery?
It takes 2 to 10 days for a regular order to be fully completed. However, you can pay for a 24 hour extra-fast delivery, in which case your order would be done in as little as 5 - 24 hours.
Can I ask for changes to my order after I've accepted it?
You can always ask for changes to your order, even if your order is marked as 'completed', only if the changes are small enough to be considered a change. Big changes to your order, or a new plane model are considered a separate order entire

What type of file format will my liveries be in?
Liveries are in a zipped file folder, you can use the standard unzip tool, WinRAR, or similar extraction tools to unzip the file and put it into your Community folder. PMDG liveries are in a .ptp format which you can install using your PMDG Operation

Unfortunately, we only make liveries for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. We do not make video content
Can you do textures for non-existing airplane models?
We are not allowed to work on your private 3D models, or other projects, and we are not allowed to port models from other simulators. We can only make liveries for existing airplane models in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.
