How long will I have to wait to get my livery?
It takes 2 to 10 days for a regular order to be fully completed. However, you can pay for a 24 hour extra-fast delivery, in which case your order would be done in as little as 5 - 24 hours.
Can I ask for changes to my order after I've accepted it?
You can always ask for changes to your order, even if your order is marked as 'completed', only if the changes are small enough to be considered a change. Big changes to your order, or a new plane model are considered a separate order entire
Do you make liveries for all payware aircraft?
We make liveries for all payware aircraft types that are currently available. If an aircraft has just been released, please allow up to a week before it can be done. Contact us for more information on newly released aircraft models and their availabili
Why does orders slightly delay in this field?
These projects sometimes takes a lot of time, effort, and dedication. If your order is highly complex or if it includes multiple liveries, you may be asked to extend the delivery period by a few hours. Please note that free revisions take longer than paid orders du
What type of file format will my liveries be in?
Liveries are in a zipped file folder, you can use the standard unzip tool, WinRAR, or similar extraction tools to unzip the file and put it into your Community folder. PMDG liveries are in a .ptp format which you can install using your PMDG Operation
How do I install my livery?
The installation process is very simple, and we can help you with the installation process. In most cases, you need an extraction tool such as WinRAR to extract a folder and put it into your Community folder for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Some files may differ, and we c
Do you make video footage for MSFS?
Yes but that will be an extra cost for video contents. I'm also a content creator so I can easily blend that into this project.
