I will write winning rfps and proposals across real estate, cre, and prof services
Marketing Communications Leader
About this Gig
Most RFP and RFQ responses lose on the same things: vague answers, missed requirements, and a submission that reads like a template.
I write responses that get shortlisted. For 17 years, I ran communications and proposals inside a Canadian real estate company that expected public-company rigour, and I hold a perfect RFQ and RFP record: shortlist or selected proponent on every submission I led.
What you get:
- A response mapped to every requirement in the document, so nothing gets scored zero for being missing.
- A clear win theme that tells the evaluator why you, in language they can score.
- An executive summary that sells before they reach the detail.
- Clean, precise writing with no filler.
I work with commercial real estate, professional services, marketing, and B2B. Government, private, and institutional buyers.
Send me the RFP or RFQ and your background. I will tell you honestly whether it is worth bidding and what it takes to win.
Please message me before you order so I can confirm scope and timeline.

FAQ
Do you guarantee we will win?
No one can guarantee that you will win. Submissions are evaluated on price, fit, and the other parties who bid. What I can control is a compliant, well-argued, cleanly written response that scores well on everything a proposal can score on. My track record is strong for a reason.
Can you respond to government or public sector RFPs?
Yes. I have written for government, pubic, private, and institutional players.
Do you write from scratch or edit what I have?
Both! The Basic Package edits your existing draft. Standard and Premium Packages are written from scratch.
What industries do you cover?
Commercial real estate, professional services, marketing and communications, and B2B. Message me if yours is not listed and I will tell you honestly if it is a fit.
What do you need to start?
The full RFP or RFQ document, your deadline, your company background and past projects, and any differentiators you already know about. Details in the requirements section.
Can you do a rush turnaround?
Often, yes. Message me before ordering and I will confirm.
