I will build a python script to validate or compare your CSV files

About this gig
Need a repeatable check for your CSV exports? I will build a reusable local Python command-line script for ONE agreed workflow.
Choose one:
- Validate one UTF-8 CSV: check agreed headers, required fields, whitespace and simple formats.
- Compare two CSVs: use one exact key and one value column to report differences. Duplicate keys are flagged as ambiguous.
Basic package: up to 500 data rows and 20 columns per input, 3-day delivery and 1 revision within the original scope.
You receive Python source, a JSON review or difference report, a sample run, a short README and tests. Your original inputs stay unchanged. Uncertain records are flagged for review.
Before ordering, send a small anonymized sample, your rules and the output you expect. Please message first for larger files or a different workflow.
This service excludes XLSX/OCR, a GUI, hosting, scraping, external API integration and fuzzy identity matching. Installation is not included.
I use AI-assisted tools and verify outputs. Gallery demos use synthetic data. Please keep all communication and payment on Fiverr.

FAQ
Does the package include validation and comparison?
It covers one agreed workflow: validate one UTF-8 CSV, or compare two CSVs using one exact key and one value column. Each input can have up to 500 data rows and 20 columns. Please message first if you need both workflows or a larger scope.
Will the script change my source files or guess matches?
Your original CSV inputs stay unchanged. Results are written to a JSON report. Duplicate comparison keys and uncertain records are flagged for review. Missing facts are not invented, and fuzzy identity matching is outside this package.
What will I receive, and is installation included?
You receive the Python source, a JSON review or difference report, a sample run, a short README and tests. It is a local command-line script. Installation, a graphical interface, hosting and external API integration are not included.
