How do I know if my PDF is suitable?
Try selecting and copying text inside the table. If the text is selectable and the table is clear, it may be suitable. Scans, images, handwriting and complex layouts are not included. Send a representative page before ordering if unsure.
How are the package limits counted?
Limits apply across all submitted files. One data row is one table record, excluding repeated headers. Each page may contain one table with up to 10 columns. The page or row limit reached first determines the package needed.
Will the Excel file look exactly like my PDF?
The goal is a usable data table, not an exact visual replica. Fonts, decorative elements, page breaks and merged headings may differ. Tell me which table columns and source pages you need.
How do you check the conversion?
I compare extracted values, row counts and column alignment with the PDF and include source page references. Unclear values are flagged for your review rather than invented. Please provide a legible original.
Do you use AI or external tools?
I may use scripts and AI-assisted tools. Tell me about confidentiality, external-processing or AI restrictions before ordering so we can agree on a suitable workflow. Share only necessary data you are authorized to share.
What does a revision cover?
One revision covers adjustments within the original source pages, instructions and package limits. New documents, extra pages or a different table structure require a separate quote.
