Description
Running clipping campaigns on Whop or similar platforms? Keeping track of which clip went to which page, whether it was submitted in time, and which payouts are still pending gets messy fast. I'll build you a clean tracker that keeps it all in one place.
What it tracks:
- Every clip: account, campaign, post time, link and status
- The submission window, so nothing misses the deadline
- Views, estimated earnings and each campaign's rate and cap
- Payouts: what can be sent, what was sent, what was approved
- Totals by account, campaign and clipper
Built from the tracker I use for my own clipping pages. You get a ready-to-use Google Sheet (and an Excel copy), set up with your accounts and campaigns, with a built-in how-to tab.
This is an organization tool. It doesn't post for you and can't promise views or earnings.

Does it connect to Whop automatically?
No. Whop has no public data feed for this, so you paste in links and numbers. The sheet does the math and flags deadlines.
Can my clippers use it together?
Yes. It's a Google Sheet, so you share it with your team. Premium adds a page for each clipper.
Do I need Excel?
No, just a free Google account.
