What do I need to provide you?
I will need your complete bank statement, to import it into QuickBooks. I will need your QuickBooks online login information or you can add me as accountant user for this.
I don’t have my bank statement in CSV or QBO format?
No worries, you don't have a statement in this format, you can send me a PDF file, I will convert into CSV file.
Do you do Bookkeeping in QuickBooks online on monthly basis?
yes, I'll do bookkeeping in QuickBooks online on a monthly basis.
How do I know my data is safe with you?
As my main business ethic, I make sure that my clients’ data is safe. However, I am open to signing a privacy and confidentiality agreement if need, as guided by your lawyer.
What bookkeeping services can you provide?
I follow the GAAP standards for the bookkeeping and accounting process. Normally it starts with setting up the chart of accounts, import banking data, categorization of transactions, Payroll processing, vendor accounts reconciliation, bank reconciliation, financial reporting and tax ready reports.
