Hi, I'm Gabriele, the person behind JhericoMinis.
I make physical miniature conversions using kitbashing, cutting, reposing, Greenstuff and scratchbuilt details.
I can work from a written idea, reference images or a rough concept and figure out how to turn it into an actual miniature. Depending on the project, this can mean combining several kits, rebuilding parts, changing the pose or silhouette, sculpting missing details or making new elements from scratch.
I mainly work with tabletop and sci-fi miniatures, but I'm happy to discuss other models and styles.
Please message me before ordering a Standard, Premium or unusual project. Every kitbash is different, so I'd rather look at the idea and parts first and make sure the package fits.
Models are normally delivered unpainted and ready for priming.
Painting can be added separately on request. This gig is specifically for physical kitbashing, conversion and sculpting.
Kits, donor parts and special materials are not included in the base price unless agreed beforehand.

Hi, I'm Gabriele, the person behind JhericoMinis. I make custom physical miniature conversions and kitbashes, from straightforward modifications to more involved builds using parts from multiple kits.
I enjoy taking an idea that doesn't exist and figuring out how to make it work physically. That can involve cutting and rebuilding parts, mixing different kits, changing the silhouette, reposing, adding details, gap filling and some sculpting.
My focus is the conversion itself, so models are provided unpainted and ready for priming and painting.

FAQ
What does the included revision cover?
Before permanent assembly, I'll send photos/videos of the main pose and part placement when the project allows it. The included revision covers one round of changes at this stage. Changes requested after parts have been cut, sculpted or permanently assembled may cost extra or may not be possible.
Do I need to send you the miniature?
You can either send me the miniature and any parts you want used, or I can source and buy the required kits/components for you. If I need to purchase anything, the cost will be included in a custom quote before the order starts.
Are kits and parts included in the package price?
No. Package prices cover the conversion work only. You can provide the miniature and parts yourself, or I can source them for you and include the cost in a custom offer.
Do you paint the miniature?
My main service is kitbashing, conversion and sculpting. Painting is not included in the standard packages, but if you like my painting style, I can also paint the finished model for an additional cost. Please ask before ordering so I can quote it properly.
Can you make a completely custom miniature?
Possibly. Send me your idea and references first. Large builds, heavy sculpting and unusual projects are individually quoted.
Can you work with Warhammer miniatures?
Yes. Most of my personal work is based around tabletop miniatures and I regularly work with parts from different kits and ranges.
Do you provide WIP photos?
Yes. For more involved conversions I'll send progress photos, especially before major parts are permanently assembled.
Can you copy another kitbasher's model?
References are welcome, but I'd rather build my own version of the idea than reproduce another artist's conversion exactly.
What materials do you work with?
I mainly work with plastic miniatures, Greenstuff, liquid resin and rarely resin miniatures. Please ask first if your project uses resin, metal or unusual materials.
