In this case, it is the conversion of speech into text. Please note that transcribing and proofreading are two different things. If you also want your text proofread, please purchase my premium package.
Do you transcribe in Spanish as well?
Of course, I can transcribe in English and Spanish, or even both in the same project
What happens if a portion of the audio track is unintelligible?
I will try my best to decipher it before marking it as incomprehensible. However, if a portion of the audio is completely unintelligible, I will mark it as so in the transcription.
Are you able to sign a "confidentiality agreement"?
Absolutely, just let me know as part of the requirements.

What is your speakers limit ?
Upto 3 speakers I can do easily. if in the audio/video has more speaker . extra charges will be apply.
What type of transcription do you provide?
I do Intelligent transcription by default. The result of this transcript is straightforward, and the final written product reads intelligently. If you prefer the verbatim-type (with the umm, ehm, urr in the final transcript), indicate when you place your order or contact me.
